Internet backbone connection, we provide a 100% planned
network uptime Service Level Agreement on your dedicated
server.
Based on multiple network connections and intelligent
load-balancing techniques, we are able to keep the
network performance at its maximum potential at all
times.
Should you report the Giacom network is down for
even 1 minute, we will refund to you the entire cost
of your server subscription for that 24 hour period.*
*This SLA excludes planned outages which you will
be notified of at least 24 hours in advance.
Monitored
Every server on the Giacom network is monitored electronically
24 hours a day, seven days a week. Within four
minutes of a server ceasing to operate, our network
management team will be notified and can take action.
Normally, a reboot of the server can resolve the
problem, however, although it is rare, when server
failure involves serious software errors or a hardware
failure, we will work to resolve the issue within
the shortest possible time.
Because you hire the server from us, we are responsible
for any hardware repairs that are necessary, ensuring
you are not presented with spiralling costs of hardware
maintenance.
