What do you love most about working for DWS?
The people and collaborative approach. We are blessed with an abundance of truly talented and passionate people across all departments of our business. When we collaborate and work together, we share great ideas, break down barriers and can move mountains. Our industry never stops, and at DWS, we never stop innovating and striving to be the best – it’s a team effort.
What does your day-to-day role involve?
I head up the Digital Wholesale Solutions marketing team. I am fortunate to have a great team of creative and knowledgeable marketers and designers around me. We aim to ensure our partners can successfully take our products and services to market, our brand integrity is upheld, and we are positioned as the leading voice in the Channel.
I’ve never been a part of such a supportive team as I have here, we always go out of our way to help each other.
What have you learnt during your time at DWS?
The importance of teamwork and collaboration. Working together is what drives change and innovation. Within marketing, to achieve our goals, we need to work closely with multiple departments and teams across the business to draw upon a vast amount of expertise and experience.
Why would you recommend a role at DWS?
I would absolutely recommend a career at DWS. It’s truly an exciting and fast paced business within an ever-evolving industry. We are at the heart of the major market trends within communications, IT and Cloud and we work alongside the UK’s biggest tier one telcos, IT vendors and hardware distributors and manufacturers. Most importantly, the business has a great culture and team ethic running through its core.
