Through the “Giacom Growth Fund” Marketing Development Fund (MDF) programme, we give financial support covering up to 50% of your expenses for sales and marketing activities connected to Microsoft products and services.

Our current programme runs on a 3 month cycle, we’ve summarised all the dates for you here.
Once all POE has been approved and an invoice to Giacom has been received, we’ll aim to process your payment within 60 days.
How does this programme work?
It’s straightforward, just follow these 4 steps
Submit your Giacom Growth Fund request via our dedicated online submission form before the next ‘Submit MDF request’ deadline.
If approved, you can execute the activity detailed in your proposal before the ‘Complete activity’ deadline.
If not approved more information will be requested and you’ll need to resubmit.
.Once the activity is executed, submit your invoice to Giacom with your proof of execution (POE) before the next ‘Submit POE’ deadline.
.Once your POE is approved, we’ll process your invoice and payment will be made to you within 60 days.
Monthly ‘check-ins’ will be made with your Giacom Rep to review activity performance.

How do I apply? Great question.
Simply complete the ‘Giacom Growth Fund Request Form’ below. The more details you provide, the better chance of approval. Our team will review your submission within 10 business days, and your Giacom rep will contact you to confirm the success of your submission or if additional info is required.
You can request up to £5,000 per submission. Remember this is joint funding (for example, if you’re expecting to spend a total of £10,000 on your campaign you can request up to £5,000 MDF). One submission per company, per cycle will be accepted.
Please note: Any unused funds cannot be carried into the next submission period.
