Giacom Code of Conduct: How we succeed

It sets clear expectations for the conduct of all our team.
We only work with organisations that share our commitments.
Our Commitments
Our Values
Our values underpin our conduct.
We don’t just want our values to be fancy words on a wall. We want them to be meaningful and something we can live and breathe in our everyday work life.
We,
not I
There are limitless possibilities when we work together, share experiences, and have each other’s backs. We take ownership, speak up with respect, and get the right people involved when making decisions. We value our colleagues as individuals and see our community as our superpower. Imagine what we can do together.
Growth,
every day
We find new and creative ways for personal and business growth – from small actions to big breakthroughs. Exploring what’s possible together, so we can dream bigger, aim higher, and achieve more.
We do the right thing, even when nobody is looking
Whether it’s for our people, our partners, our planet, or our place, we will always be mindful. Imagining a world where everyone is empowered, and anything is possible.
