*Terms & Conditions:
- In order to benefit from the delivery assurance guarantee, a Permission To Work form must be returned right first time by the legal permission holder no later than 10 days after order placement.
- CityFibre cycle times refer to the total number of days after the order is placed with CityFibre until the date on which the connection is completed, minus any “customer placed on hold” days.
- The delivery assurance guarantee applies only to on-net Ethernet services – it is not available for off-net Ethernet, nor for Dark Fibre or FTTP services.
- Delivery assurance credit payments are capped at £600 (excl. VAT) per on-net Ethernet circuit connected.
- Giacom reserves the right to withdraw the delivery assurance guarantee by providing a minimum of one month’s notice. Any qualifying orders placed prior to the date of withdrawal will remain eligible for the delivery assurance guarantee.
