Giacom adds Huntress to cybersecurity portfolio

Giacom has announced a new distribution partnership with Huntress, giving its channel partners access to Managed Endpoint Detection and Response (Managed EDR) and other cybersecurity services, backed by 24/7 specialist support and designed to help them strengthen customer protection without adding unnecessary complexity to their own operations.

Responding to feedback from across its partner base, Giacom has added Huntress to its carefully selected cybersecurity portfolio, giving channel partners access to a new Managed EDR option designed specifically for MSPs. The launch reflects Giacom’s selective approach to building a marketplace that helps partners simplify procurement, reduce operational drag and deliver profitable services. Partners will gain access to managed endpoint detection and response, identity protection, managed SIEM and security awareness training, backed by a 24/7 Security Operations Centre (SOC).

Huntress can work alongside existing antivirus tools and Microsoft Defender, helping MSPs strengthen the security services they provide to customers without requiring them to replace existing protection. Giacom partners will be able to access product trials, with eligible partners also able to apply for not-for-resale licences through Huntress’ Neighbourhood Watch programme. Giacom and Huntress will provide sales, technical and enablement support to help providers assess, adopt and sell the service.
