As part of the move from Barracuda to Giacom, we’ve pulled together answers to the most common queries. From billing and support to what happens next, this page is your go-to resource for a smooth transition.
1. How will my billing work once I move to Giacom?
Your price per unit stays the same — the only change is that your invoice will come from Giacom instead of Barracuda once your account has been migrated.
2. What are Giacom payment terms?
If you already have a Giacom account, your payment terms remain as agreed. For new partners, our standard terms are 14 days from our billing date, which is the 26th of each month.
3. I’ve signed the service agreement – what happens next?
Once signed, email performancemarketing@giacom.com and we’ll get your Barracuda MSP onboarding underway.
