As you move to Bitdefender MSP, we’ve pulled together answers to the most common queries, from billing changes to managing services in GravityZone.
1. What does the move to Bitdefender MSP mean for me?
You’ll now manage and provision Bitdefender using the latest API, giving you accurate, usage‑based billing instead of paying for reserved seats. This means clearer invoicing and the potential to reduce monthly costs where usage is lower.
2. What does this mean for my customers?
Nothing at all. Their protection stays live, and they won’t notice any change during the migration.
3. What action do I need to take to keep services live during the move?
No action is needed. We’re migrating each customer manually and carrying out regular checks to ensure there’s no interruption to their security service.
4. What are the pricing differences?
Your pricing isn’t increasing. In fact, you may see small reductions, because instead of paying for reserved seats, you’ll be billed on actual monthly usage.
5. How do I manage my services on the new MSP journey?
You’ll continue to manage everything through Cloud Market and GravityZone, following our updated “How‑to” guide.
6. How long will the migration take?
All partners will be migrated before the end of March. Each customer takes just a few minutes to complete.
7. Will my billing change?
Your billing dates stay exactly the same, aligned with your existing Giacom Cloud services.
