Business Challenge
CloudClevr are an organisation that has been formed through the acquisition of several businesses. They inherited a complex landscape of disparate billing systems, resulting in operational inefficiencies, inconsistent processes, and operational overhead.
The team would spend an entire day per customer, manually building reports and pulling data together from various sources.
