Tell us a little bit about you, your business and how long you’ve been a Giacom partner
I’m Adam, Managing Director of Hippo IT Management Limited. As our client’s IT department, we advise, supply, install and maintain all of their IT related equipment. Our business model revolves around a fast response and clear explanation of what we do. We’ve been with Giacom for just over 6 years now.
How have you found our service so far?
Great. Our first monthly invoice from Giacom was for a little over £400 and we’re now over £2,000, due to an increase in end users and the services we provide via Cloud Market. We offer many solutions (M365, BitDefender, CircleLoop, Vade, Exclaimer, etc) but it’s easy to manage them all in the Cloud Market portal.
How has Giacom helped you and your business?
They’ve helped us loads! As mentioned, our product offering through Cloud Market has grown and so has our business. End users are becoming more aware of the need for a secure managed system that they don’t need to worry about, so having it all under one service provider is great and saves a lot of time.
