Our Code of Conduct
At Giacom, we are committed to creating event spaces that are safe, welcoming, and free from harassment. This applies to everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices.
Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Sexual language or imagery is never appropriate in any event setting, including talks, workshops, social activities, and online platforms.
Anyone who violates these rules may face sanctions or be removed from the event, at the discretion of the organisers.
Our shared commitment:
We want every Giacom event to be a safe and enjoyable space for partners, vendors, speakers, and employees.
- Treat everyone with respect and kindness, regardless of gender, identity, age, orientation, disability, appearance, race, ethnicity, religion, or technology choices.
- Use language, imagery, and behaviour that helps everyone feel comfortable and included.
- Make sure all content and activities are professional, inclusive, and welcoming.
What to do if you need support:
If you have concerns or feel unsafe, please speak to our event organisers, any Giacom employee, or venue security. We’re here to help and will do everything we can to make sure you feel comfortable.
