Day 1 sets the direction for the year ahead. You’ll hear from our MDs, Sales Leaders and Nathan Marke as they share how Giacom is evolving, the business strategy behind it, and our continued focus on Partner Development. You’ll be split into four teams for interactive platinum vendor breakout sessions and the vendor arena, designed to encourage fresh thinking and collaboration.
As the day comes to a close, we’ll come together for the highly anticipated Sales Awards ceremony, an evening dedicated to recognising and celebrating your achievements. Get ready for great food, exciting entertainment, and unforgettable moments as we celebrate success in true Giacom style.
Day 2 shifts into a tower focus, with teams aligned by tower for hands‑on, interactive, tower‑led sessions. This structure is designed to maintain momentum, reinforce focus, and support continued sales success.

You’ll be split into four teams and rotate through four 40‑minute sessions, mixing learning with hands‑on discovery.

Your task
As you move through the vendor sessions on Day 1, use the form provided to make 10 submissions, outlining:
- The opportunity with the partner
- The vendor solution you are proposing
- Why it fits their current portfolio and customer base
Focus on opportunities that can realistically be developed over the next 6 to 12 months. This is about prioritising value and relevance, not listing everything possible.
This activity forms the starting point of your Perfect Plan, helping you hit targets, drive partner growth, and unlock more commission and incentives.
