How will Giacom support me as a “new to Mobile” partner?
As part of our Mobile Partner Success Programme, you’ll be introduced to a range of dedicated support functions. This includes a Partner Enablement Manager, sales and service account managers, and specialist teams across operations, marketing, and billing — all available to guide you through every aspect of Mobile, on demand and as needed.
In addition, partners gain immediate access to our Mobile Product Catalogue and Knowledgebase platforms, which offer a wealth of resources — from video shorts to white-label content — designed to make understanding Mobile simple and easy to digest.
Can I sell MSP Mobile under my current cloud agreement?
As Wholesale Mobile from Giacom operates under its own Master Services Agreement (MSA), partners will need to complete a separate onboarding process that includes specific terms of service and sale related to Mobile. A dedicated Partner Enablement Manager will guide you through each step to ensure a smooth and supported transition.
In some cases, partners can be ready to sell within just 7 days, though typical onboarding times range from 2 to 4 weeks. While this process may not be as fast as onboarding for Cloud services, it includes a series of valuable touchpoints and demos delivered by your dedicated Partner Enablement Manager and relevant support teams — all designed to upskill and prepare you for a successful product launch.
Once setup, is it a simple order journey?
Ordering mobile has never been so easy. As part of Giacom’s journey to create a proposition perfect for MSP’s, we redesigned our order journey entirely. Products are ordered using predefined templates with all settings, restrictions and features applied by default.
Can I sell this as a standalone product?
No, the MSP Mobile offering is exclusive to Giacom partners choosing to provide mobile alongside Cloud endpoint services. For example, Microsoft Office licenses or value adding software such as MDM or Security products. As part of the order journey, partners will be required to associate the mobile order with an existing Cloud end user customer.
Am I at risk of bill shock?
There are fair usage policies (FUP’s) in place aimed at ensuring fair business practice on our products. These allow us to charge for usage deemed excessive or potentially fraudulent, however, we do not automatically apply these fees. Where fraudulent or irregular usage patterns are identified we will restrict subscription services first and reach out to partners, charges might only be applied upon conclusion of investigation.
What networks are the MSP Mobile plans available on?
The current plans are exclusively available O2
Will Giacom hold me to any revenue commitments or targets for MSP Mobile?
No, we want our partners transition into selling mobile to be no-hassle and pressure-free. As such, we will not require contractual commitments by default from anyone looking to sell Wholesale Mobile with us. Please note where specific opportunities require bespoke or non-standard commercials, deliverable commitments may be considered and proposed.
