Double Win for Giacom at Vodafone’s Business Partner Awards

We’re thrilled to announce that Giacom has been honoured with two prestigious awards at Vodafone’s Business Partner Awards 2024, taking top spot in both the “Distribution Partner of the Year” and “Transformation & Growth” categories.

Winning Distribution Partner of the Year highlights our commitment to supporting our Network Billed Mobile partners through exceptional customer service and the dedication of our sales team. The judges noted Giacom’s achievements in double-digit growth year on year, significant growth in the number of active partners, and its ability to provide commercial stability while remaining agile on larger opportunities.

The Transformation & Growth award is a testament to our innovative development and successful launch of the Cloud Market for Vodafone Business portal. In November 2023, we revolutionised our Vodafone partnership by becoming the only distributor in the channel to offer our partners unprecedented control to self-manage their base. The portal automates repetitive manual processes, integrates with Vodafone’s mobile management systems, and enables partners to efficiently navigate customer onboarding, service provisioning, and in-life management of Vodafone mobile services.

The judges observed that our launch of Cloud Market for Vodafone Business was the first solution of its kind for agency partners to interact with Vodafone in both sales and service. The platform has reduced partner wait times for business connections and customer service. Since the launch, revenues have grown, and partner feedback has been exceptionally positive.
