Giacom scales Microsoft Cloud portfolio with intY UK acquisition

Giacom has announced the acquisition of intY, a prominent UK Microsoft cloud services provider, from US based ScanSource.

The acquisition, which includes intY’s UK revenues, partners, and business operations, scales Giacom’s Microsoft cloud capabilities in the rapidly evolving cloud services market and further strengthens its position as the largest and most technically proficient provider of Microsoft licensing to the SMB-focused UK channel.

intY’s 1500 partners will join Giacom’s thriving ecosystem, with the company focussed on ensuring seamless continuity of service for these partners while simultaneously introducing new opportunities.
