MSP Cloud Live

On November 14, 2024, Giacom hosted the highly anticipated MSP Cloud Live event at Code Node in London, bringing together our partners for a day packed with valuable insights and networking opportunities.

The event began with a warm welcome from Terry O’Brien, CEO and James Baker, Managing Director – Cloud, followed by an insightful session from Nathan Marke, COO, who explored current industry trends and shared strategies for MSPs to increase profitability and boost company valuations.

Ramy Dahab, Director of Platform Product, and Chris Aylott, Head of Cloud Market – Tools, then highlighted how our Marketplace Tools, including solutions for billing, integration, and professional service automation, are helping to drive partner growth.

Multi-layered Defence for SMBs with usecure, Bitdefender, and OpenText, hosted by Kris Ford. Panellists shared strategies for managing sophisticated cyber threats and helping customers stay protected.
Oli Gardner, Head of Microsoft Alliances, was joined by Microsoft representatives for the Microsoft’s FY25 Partner Power-Up session, where exploring strategies and key growth opportunities in line with our FY25 vision.
