Giacom celebrates double win at Channel National Awards 2026

Giacom has picked up two major wins at the Channel National Awards 2026, alongside three Highly Commended recognitions across software, partner enablement and leadership.

The awards took place at the Park Plaza Hotel in Westminster on 24 September, with the evening hosted by comedian and presenter Sue Perkins, one half of comedy duo Mel and Sue. Giacom was named Best Billing Provider and Best Wholesale Service Provider (Above £10m).

The Best Billing Provider award recognises the continued development of our Cloud Market Tools billing capabilities and the expertise that sits around them. Cloud Market Tools now supports more than 1,000 UK reseller partners, processes almost £3 billion in annual retail billing and has benefited from £6 million of platform investment over the past year.

Our Best Wholesale Service Provider win reflects the broader role Giacom plays in helping more than 6,000 partners access, sell and manage services across cloud, communications, connectivity, mobile, cybersecurity and hardware through Cloud Market and our specialist support teams.

Together, the two Channel National Awards 2026 wins recognise different parts of Giacom’s role in supporting UK technology partners, from billing and software to the wider range of services available through Cloud Market.

We were also especially pleased to see Lisa Chapman-Smith, Director of Sales – Mobile, Highly Commended for Channel Leader of the Year.

Since joining Giacom, Lisa has reshaped our mobile sales organisation around a more partner-led model, introduced dedicated MSP sales and enablement capabilities and helped onboard more than 200 new partners. Her recognition also reflects the focus she has placed on developing the team around her and giving partners stronger, more practical support.

Giacom was also Highly Commended for Best Software Vendor – Communications, recognising the continued development of Cloud Market Tools, automation and software enablement, and Best Partner Programme (Above £10m) for our Partner Success Programme, which helps partners build the confidence and capability to grow their mobile businesses.
